Welcome to Elastomix

Elastomix AB is developing and producing high-temperature vulcanizing high quality silicone compounds. We are concentrating on compounding but also have most of Wackers products ( rubber and additives) in stock for sale. We are not producing any ready made products. We work in close collaboration with Wacker-Chemie AG in Germany (Europes biggest silicone producer) and therefore always up to date with the latest product developments and processing technology.

Our primary target is to supply the Nordic market, but also the European market, with tailor-made compounds in desired preforms. Our normal delivery time is 5-7 working days, but often quicker if needed.

Qualities
Beside our standard qualities, we also develope new compounds  for optimized resistance to heat, water, steam and oil. We are also colour-matching new colours, and optimizing old products with updated techniques. To tailor-make a new unique product in collaboration with the customer is our primary challange.

Stock-keeping
We keep Wackers solid silicones from 10 -90 Shore A  and liquid silicones from 10-80 Shore A in stock. We also keep the complete range of Wackers colours, additives and processing aids in stock.

Testing and certificates
Thanks to Wackers comprehensive development, research and testing, we can supply our customers with most of the certificates necessary for food contact and medical applications. A number of fire-certificates are also available.
