- We are mixing on open two-roll mills with 60 and 150 cm width resp. This means that we can offer our customers samples from 500 gram to batches of 200 kg.
- We have a large flexible capacity and due to the special construction of the two-roll mill we can quickly change to a new colour while maintaining high purity.
- All compounds have their own batch number. All batches are checked in a rheometer and with a Shore A hardness measuring device. A diagram can be sent along each delivery upon request.
- For our different pre-forms, we have a punching machine and an extruder with a large capacity.
- ISO 9000:2001 – We are certified according to 9000:20001 since 2004 and certificates can be sent upon request.
